The Shepparton Mammoth Scale Event is a highlight on the RC flying calendar with over 100 pilots and spectators in attendance. WRCS members make an annual pilgrimage south of the border to enjoy the spectacle.

The Banjo Paterson Scale Rally is held annually at Orange (NSW) and is a feature on the Aeromodellers Calendar. This year sixteen WRCS members attended and enjoyed a spectacular weekend of flying and friendship including a Gala Dinner at the Canobolas Hotel.
